Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc. is a member of the Geoffrey Nathan International Group that operates globally. We are a recognised leader in our field, defining the Payroll Management Industry within Australia and colloquially known as GNC.

The company was established in 1977 in the UK to accommodate the expanding freelance contracting market. The company opened in Australia in 1992 and was the first to operate exclusively in the contract market and is still the leader in this field with offices in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.

We have an excellent team of professionals working in our company who have many years experience in the Australian Contract, Salary Packaging and On Hire Markets.

We understand that having an excellent product and delivering this seamlessly is simply not enough. We pride ourselves on our work ethics, culture and the staff we select to work within our company. We adapt quickly and efficiently to changes in tax and migration legislation as well as the business climate.

The company provides a range of Migration and Salary Packaging Services which include:

Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc. has worked with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for over 10 years in securing 457 business visas for eligible candidates and on hiring them to organisation. More recently Geoffrey Nathan Consulting Inc. was one of the first contract management companies in Australia to successfully negotiate a Labour Agreement which encompasses a wide range of occupations that are in demand in Australia.

Our Migration Services are delivered by a registered migration agent and are governed by the Migration Act 1958.

The salary packaging service includes the administration of the Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA). LAFHA is an allowance authorised by the Australian Tax Office to compensate for the additional costs incurred by the employee while living away from their usual place of residence to enable them to perform the duties of employment.
