The success of GN Connections Ltd can be measured by our ability to provide recruitment agencies with quality candidates, professional service and trusted payroll solutions. We work alongside agencies to provide the following services;

• Free provision of candidate CV’s - allowing recruiters to gain access to 100’s of quality candidates
• LAFHA to all eligible candidates – increasing their take-home pay, allowing agencies to provide ‘added’ value to their candidates while also increasing their retention rate
• Free assessment of all internal employees and external candidates for eligibility to receive LAFHA
• Reducing Recruitment Agencies  statutory obligations when candidates are pay rolled through GN Connections, therefore increasing the margin per placement
• Referral scheme – Recruiters receive  a reward for referring any business to GN Connections that eventuates in pay rolling a candidates for a minimum of 4 weeks
• Piece of mind –all pay queries are the responsibility of GN Connections

Our Recruitment Service is based on communication and consultation with recruitment agencies; we discuss in depth current and future campaigns and compliment your existing recruitment strategies. As specialists in the contractor market we combine our experience and knowledge and take a pro active approach to introducing skilled candidates to your business. We do not charge agencies a placement fee for the recruitment services.
